Analysis
Organization and planning were important to our participants when travelling, specifically, having tools that make going on a trip easy.
-
Providing easier methods to research and financially prepare for the trip would improve the experience.
-
Having assistive features such as bluetooth compatibility and captioning would be helpful to users.
-
Retain functionalities of the tools they use to plan a trip in a central location.
-
Diverse preferences and individual habits create conflict when making decisions.
